WATCH ME ON TV SEPTEMBER 5TH 2998 @10PM ON ABC 20/20 NEWS

In April 2008, ABC 20/20 interviewed me and others on the topic of Orthorexia Nervosa. This FALL they will be airing a short document on ABC 20/20 news addressing Orthorexia Nervosa. You don't want to miss this. I will be posting the air date when the producer notifies me of it. They were suppose to air the document on August 1st 2008 but it got changed to the fall. Many were devesated to learn this as we were all pumped up to watch it on 8/01 but it was moved to the FALL which means more people are likely to tune in and watch!!! Please advise your family, friends and associates to watch. The more education, the better. Orthorexia nervosa is a disease classified by an obsession with health food/healthy eating and many people suffer it without know. I feel orthorexia is based on an individual basis and determined by the mentality around food, eating, etc. It becomes unhealthy for a person when they become obsessed, in danger (mentally, physically, physiologically, etc.) and/or their life become unmanagable. What could be unhealthy about healthy eating? Tune in and find out.

For those of you who don't get ABC (it's national but not available in all countries), do not worry! ABC 20/20 will be putting the segment on their website after it airs. You will be able to read about it and watch it online. It will remain online for future viewing as well.
